The Officers and members of the Clearwater Yacht Club are proud to announce they have again been selected to host the Laser Midwinter's East Regatta. This regatta will be held February 27- March 2, 2003 at the great facilities of the Clearwater Community Sailing Center, Clearwater, Florida.
Entries are invited from Lasers, Laser Radials, Laser 4.7 and Laser II's. (Note that a minimum of 5 entries are required to constitute a class.)
You can check the pre-registered competitors list, so just register online now and wham your on the list!
This regatta is the USA qualifier for the ISAF single handed World Youth Championship as well as the Canadian Yachting Association qualifier for both male and female competitors. Eligible Canadian sailors will have pre-qualified for the Canadian Youth Squad.
Accommodations are available in varying price ranges on Clearwater Beach and Sand Key. Several of the hotels overlook the race course area. While you are racing your families can enjoy the many activities of Clearwater Beach.
