| The Change of Watch was observed on Saturday, December 6, 2003. Commodore Fairlie Brinkley made his closing remarks and presented the tradional awards, before turning the command over to Commodore Walt Powell who introduced the new Board of Directors and Trustees for 2004. Despite a very chilly North breeze, the Flag Ceremony and firing of the cannon to salute Commodore Powell was completed before heading to the dining room for the dinner dance. |
