| A BIG THANK YOU to those
who helped to make the first Olympic
Celebration Fundraiser a huge success!
I really appreciate all of you who
helped in the planning and preparation,
those who made a monetary contribution,
those who put together the beautiful
baskets for the raffle, and the over
150 people who attended the dock party
on May 6th. I especially want to thank our five Olympic class sailors, Emily Billing, Brad Funk, Paige Railey, Zach Railey, and Kurt Taulbee, for giving Clearwater Yacht Club something so terrific to celebrate. We are very proud of you and your accomplishments. We raised just over $25,000 to help these sailors on their quest to represent the United States at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. |
