Parrot Head Party - June 14, 2003

June 14th saw 175 Cheese Burger In Paradise fans turn out to CYC's 2nd Annual Parrot Head Party. It was a HOT Florida day but all was comfortable under the marquee erected on the drydock deck. We danced to live music, ate our fill of cheeseburgers, hot dogs and yummy salads. The Key Lime Pie gave us that Jimmy Buffet hint of Key West. By the looks of the clothing choices some us have been shopping in Key West! The $1 Margaritas had a Key West attitude as well.

We were delighted to host 20 members from the Treasure Island Yacht Club and 6 from Tarpon Springs Yacht Club. We hope they had as much fun as we did. The event was hosted by Mary and Adrian LaPlante who did a great job. Thanks. Added entertainment came in the form of a spectacular summer storm at 10:15 that provided an hours worth of lightning, thunder and boy did it rain.
