Another
fabulous night of fun was shared by over 120 of your fellow Club Members at
our General Manager's ROCKIN DOCK PARTY. Chef Bill and his staff provided
us with a Cajun Feast of Crawfish Boil with new potatoes, corn and the enormously
popular sausage, Gumbo, Red Beans and Rice, Cornbread, Assorted Salads and
lots of bottles of various Louisiana Hot Sauces. As a final touch our kitchen
even provided us with Beignets (hot French Market doughnuts) for the finishing
Cajun touch. Tom provided a free keg of self-serve beer - and we liked that
too. We danced and hula-hooped until the DJ left and then the last die-hards
gravitated to Uncle Bud's newly decorated Tikki Bar.
